TradeVoiceServices (a DBA of Rebeiz Holdings LLC) sends transactional SMS text messages on behalf of the service businesses that use our AI phone receptionist. This page describes the messaging program and how customers consent to receive these messages.
How You Opt In (Consent)
Consent is collected verbally during a phone call. When a customer calls one of our business subscribers to schedule a service appointment, the AI receptionist collects their mobile number and asks for consent to send appointment text messages. The agent uses a script like the following:
“I can text you a confirmation and reminder for your appointment. You'll get about 1–3 messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out — is that okay?”
We only collect consent from customers who call to schedule an appointment. Mobile numbers are never purchased and are never collected from third-party or rented lists.
Types of Messages
- Appointment confirmation — sent when a booking is made.
- Appointment reminders — sent before a scheduled appointment (for example, 24 hours and 1 hour beforehand).
- New-booking notification — sent to the business owner when an appointment is booked.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by appointment activity — typically 1–3 messages per appointment.

Opt Out & Help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL) to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at gabriel@tradevoiceservices.com or the business's phone number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to be contacted by phone or email about your appointment.
We Don't Share Your Information
No mobile information — including phone numbers — and no SMS opt-in or consent data is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the appointment-related messages described above. We share this information only with the communications provider that transmits the messages on our behalf (Twilio), strictly for message delivery and never for that provider's own marketing.
